About Us
Trend & Thomas was formed in 1984 and has been trading in Rickmansworth ever since. It was initially founded by Mike Trend and Adrian Thomas as an estate agents and surveyors firm. Paul Harris and Andrew Davies later joined the team at different stages and remain the company Directors.
In 2006, the estate agency and surveying departments separated to become independent firms, and Trend & Thomas Surveyors Ltd was formed. Both remain present in Rickmansworth town centre and trade under the same historic name.
